Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters

I hereby consent to the fact that Mature services s.r.o., based at Jungmannova 319, 506 01 Jičín, ID No.: 08294186, (hereinafter simply “Controller”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, may process the following personal data:

1. The Controller will process the aforementioned data for marketing purposes, specifically for the Controller to send newsletters to the person who grants this consent.
2. Personal data will only be processed by the Controller, or an entity with whom the Controller has legitimately concluded a processing contract.
3. Consent may be revoked at any time, such as by sending an email or letter to the contact addresses of Mature services s.r.o., Pražská 1816, 509 01 Nová Paka, info@wholesale-perfumes.eu.
4. The Controller hereby draws your attention to the fact that, as the data subject, you have the right to:
   • request confirmation from the Controller of whether or not personal data relating to you is processed, and, if it is, you have the right to access that personal data and also to the following information: the purposes for which your data is processed, the categories of the relevant personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients in third countries or in international organisations, the planned length of time for which your personal data will be stored, or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to specify this length of time, the right to request that the Controller correct or delete personal data relating to the data subject or to restrict the processing of personal data and/or file an objection against such processing, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
   • request that the Controller correct any imprecise personal data relating to you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes for which the data is processed, the data subject has the right to supplement any incomplete personal data, by providing an additional declaration.
   • request that the Controller delete personal data relating to you without undue delay; in such a case the Controller is obliged to delete the specified personal data without undue delay, provided that one of the following reasons apply: the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; you revoke your consent and no other legal title exists for the processing of your data; your personal data has been processed unlawfully; your personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligations stipulated under the laws of the European Union or the Member State applying to the Controller.
   • request that the Controller restrict the processing of your personal data, if you claim that the data is imprecise, for the time it takes for the Controller to verify this fact, if personal data is processed in contravention of the law, and the Controller requests that the processing of the data be restricted instead of the data being deleted, if the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed, although you need it in order to determine, exercise or defend your legal claims.
   • request that the Controller transfer your personal data to a different Controller that you specify.
   • file an objection with the Controller against the processing of your personal data.
   • if in any doubt over whether your personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with the above legislation, you may contact the Controller, or the Office for Personal Data Protection
